“Forget the former things;do not dwell on the past.

See, I am doing a new thing!

Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?

I am making a way in the wilderness

and streams in the wasteland. - Isaiah 43

I don't know about you, but for me, Spring brings Hope.

The Winter can feel like forever, and the bareness of nature can seem hopeless when it drags on too long.

Then that first blossom tree blooms on your street, and suddenly you remember that there once was colour and hope to be found! ( in London this is especially encouraging!)

In the same way, I've been asking the Lord to bring blossom trees out of the grey and dreary places of my life. To bring life to what once was lifeless. And can I tell you something?

God saturates Dry Deserts with Water and Life.

There is no soil too hard that cannot be churned and watered and eventually bear fruit again.

There is nothing too far gone for the Lord.

Let these scriptures encourage you Sister as you Meditate on the Hope we have in the Lord.

Psalm 107:35

He turned the desert into pools of water and the parched ground into flowing springs;

Ezekiel 11:19

I will give them an undivided heart and put a new spirit in them; I will remove from them their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh.

Song of Songs 2:11-13

“See! The winter is past; the rains are over and gone. Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come, the cooing of doves is heard in our land. The fig tree forms its early fruit; blossoming vines spread their fragrance. Arise, come, my darling; my beautiful one, come with me.
